MY ORDER

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and/or a phone call from our Client Care. You will be asked to confirm your email address and phone number before we process your order. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. You can also log into your account at any time to view the progress of your order.

SHIPPING

Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization occurs for the full amount. An authorization checks if your credit card is valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the online transaction.  Assuming you have sufficient funds, the total amount of the online transaction is held and deducted from your credit card limit.  Even though the funds are held and deducted from your credit limit, the funds are not automatically transferred to us (the merchant) until we capture the funds.  Once we capture the funds they are then transferred into our merchant account. Typically we try to capture funds and ship your order within this 7 day window.  However, some pieces may take longer to produce and therefore may not ship for 2-3 weeks from date of order.

TIMELINE

We make all of our pieces by hand in Los Angeles.  We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive.  If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at contact@danasengjewelry.com.  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

SPECS & SIZING

No, we do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at Contact@danasengjewelry.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Yes. Each order arrives in a custom Dana Seng Jewelry gift box.

RETURN POLICY

Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 10 days of the date it was shipped to you. To make a return or exchange, contact us at Returns@danasengjewelry.com for confirmation. This policy does not apply to custom orders, which are final sale. For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Dana Seng Jewelry is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

A few select pieces may not be returnable, if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through DanaSengJewelry.com We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact us for return authorization at contact@danasengjewelry.com

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status. To do so, LOGIN to your account, go to MY ACCOUNT, click on “Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters” (under “Email Notifications”), uncheck the box and click UPDATE.

SAFETY GUARANTEED

All order information sent to DanaSengJewelry.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

The majority of our collections consist of 14k gold that can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth.

SHIPPING POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is via UPS and they do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

We ship all of our domestic orders insured via UPS. Fees are based upon your location and chosen delivery method, which will be calculated in real time during checkout.

We welcome international orders. Select the international shipping option during checkout and your package will be sent via FedEx. Delivery can take 7 – 15 business days. However, the client is responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs. Shipping rates do not include local customs, duties or taxes that may apply to you.

RING SIZE
